MB Terminal in Northeast Portland is a multifaceted industrial site along the Columbia Slough. The owner of the Terminal prioritized improving his clients’ value while protecting the natural resources of the Slough. Completed engineering analysis and design for site upgrades including new buildings, adding habitat, storm retention ponds, and mapping of the environmental protection and flood zone adjacent to the slough.

DETROIT RANGER STATION
Served as manager for the design team for this award winning Ranger Station in the Willamette National Forest.

TONGUE POINT WATER SYSTEM
Construction assistance included facilitating training of Job Corps students in the use of an HDPE pipe welding machine.
FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT
Site improvements for the Larson Marina included power upgrades, sewer system reconstruction, and access controls.
