Tanner Springs Assisted Living
Tanner Springs Assisted Living facility expanded their campus to include an on-site memory care addition. Worked closely with the architect and owners to meet City of West Linn requirements. Careful planning allowed the site improvements without a significant impact to the existing facility. Civil Engineering tasks included roadway improvements, parking, utilities, and storm water quality design.

DETROIT RANGER STATION
Served as manager for the design team for this award winning Ranger Station in the Willamette National Forest.

TONGUE POINT WATER SYSTEM
Construction assistance included facilitating training of Job Corps students in the use of an HDPE pipe welding machine.
FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT
Site improvements for the Larson Marina included power upgrades, sewer system reconstruction, and access controls.
